Linda Lenar

I am sad to learn of Linda’s passing. I have known the Lenar family for many years mostly because of my association with the Patterson family. We all look forward to the future new world when we will see our loved ones again. Vickie Lewis (Hamilton)

Linda, took a physics class from me at SVSU to improve her knowledge. She worked with John West and me on a project to improve high school science curriculum which was responsible for her trip to San Diego. Later she helped organize science teaching workshops in the thumb which John and I led. Linda was an excellent science teacher and worked very hard to improve the teaching of science. She will be missed.

My prayers and condolences to Linda’s children, and to her extended family. I taught with Linda for several years at Harbor Beach. . We retired together in 2010. Linda was an excellent teacher, and an advocate for her students. Students knew that Linda wasn’t giving an answer away, but would work with the students to learn and use the steps to solve the question. Linda was also an advocate for her fellow educators at Harbor Beach. I’m grateful to Linda for her support for students and educators at Harbor Beach.
