Dear Ms. Phillips, I did not know you, however, I do know of you. I know you must have been an extraordinary woman and mother. I know this because I know your daughter Frances. I know Frances is the most kind, selfless, caring woman I have ever met. She has been such a good friend to both me and my sister, and also to countless others. This is due to you.
