The staff of Bavarian Veterinary Hospital were sad to learn about Joan's passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family and friends at this difficult time.

I just came across Joan’s obituary and was saddened to see she has passed away. She was a classmate of mine at Bridgeport High School. We met in Miss Eckert’s Latin class. She and I were among the small number of classmates who were orthodontic patients, and we often compared notes about our brace an retainers. Joan was quite a brilliant person and an excellent student. I did write her a few years back because I had not stayed in touch and had been wondering how she was doing. Joan was a kind and good individual, and I am happy to know she was loved by her cousins and family members, especially because she had lost her dad at a young age and was raised without siblings by her mom. May she rest in peace in Heaven with her beloved parents.
