George Harris

Sput was My first cousin, and along with his brother, affectionately know as Buggy, the leader of our trio, known as the neopolitans. We were nicknamed this because of our complexions and hair colors, matched the popular ice cream flavor. We were very very close through childhood, and grew up together. The childhood adventures we had, shaped us to the men we became. Sput had a variety of interests, .artial arts, astronomy, and electronics, to name a few. He also loved climbing and was a natural choice fool the Marine Corps. He had an uncanny memory of birthdays and always celebrated our many cousins and Aunts birthdays with a gift. He showed me my first telescope, knew many of the Co stellations, and introduced me to electronics. Which would later lead me to a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. I will not forget him , as his influence is still with me.

Sputnik was always excited about life in general. He loved playing games that involved lots of action especially with his younger brother Arthur( Buggy ) and his cousin Lorincz . I miss his warm smile and presence. You will always have a special place in my heart. Love Always, Cousin Glenda
