I send my love and deepest sympathy to all of David’s family. Growing up in the 1960s, I always looked forward to visiting the Buttreys. Cousin David’s mother was my father’s sister, and we had such a good time on our visits. David was about 4 years older than me and he turned me on to such great music. In fact, the first time I heard Paul McCartney’s Ram, Rod Stewart, Blood Sweat and Tears, Chicago, and even Cheech and Chong, was through David’s record collection. One of my favorite memories from childhood was observing David putting chocolate chip cookies or chocolate cake into a glass of milk and eating it that way. Oh my gosh, I never saw that before! Rest in Peace, dear Cousin. Mark Knight
