James Doyle

James Henry Doyle, age 80, of Saginaw, passed away Friday, October 11, 2024, at HealthSource of Saginaw. The son of Thomas and Beatrice Doyle, James was born October 6, 1944, in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He was married to Marilyn LaVoye. She preceded him in death in January of 2020.

James loved being outdoors, especially while fishing, hunting, and camping. He was a master at collecting bottles and cans and using the returns wisely, such as paying off his mortgage and purchasing a home up north, which was his happy place.

James is survived by his children, James Doyle, Jr., Vada Doyle, and Thomas (Tracey) Doyle' grandchildren, Ashley (Shaun) Doyle and Thomas (Hannah) Doyle; great-grandchildren, John, RJ, Ivee, and James. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marilyn Doyle; his sister, Sally Thomas, and his parents.

Honoring James's wishes, cremation has taken place. Burial will take place at Cherry Grove Cemetery, Clare, Michigan.
