Johnson, Anna Clara (Hodges)Saginaw Twp., MichiganPassed away on Wednesday, September 12, 2012 after a courageous battle with cancer. Anna was born in Gladwin, Michigan on January 31, 1935 to the late William F. and Clara Dean (Hiltz) Hodges. Anna graduated from Saginaw High School in 1953. Anna married Albert Johnson on December 13, 1952, he survives her. Anna retired from the Buena Vista School District where she was employed as a bus driver. She was a member of SEIU Local 582. Anna is survived by her children; Adele L. Cassow, Annemarie Johnson and Alan D. (Julie) Johnson; grandchildren, Joshua A. Johnson, Paul James Cassow III, Aarika L. Cassow and Tyler B. Keyser; great granddaughters Emma and Kaidance, a sister Lona Boudot, best friend Marion (John) Mott, a sister in law Lillian Johnson and several nieces and nephews. Anna's family would like to extend a special thank you to Southern Care Hospice and niece Debra (Vescio) Chinery. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, September 16, 2012 at 2pm at the McIntyre Funeral Chapel, 500 N. Michigan Ave. Reverend John Tousciuk will officiate. Family and friends are welcome to visit on Sunday from 1pm until service.
