Brandon Curtis Pennywell, age 21, of Saginaw passed away on Saturday, November 4, 2017. The son of Lisa Curtis and Donald Pennywell, Brandon was born on December 20, 1995 in Saginaw, Michigan.
Brandon's smile could light up a room and his kind heart was evident to everyone he met. He could make anyone laugh and he was gifted with a beautiful, fun personality. He loved spending time with his son and girlfriend, being outdoors, and trips to his great grandmother's cottage. Those who knew Brandon knew that he was always well-dressed and loved shoes, especially his Jordan's. He felt that everyday should be lived as if it could be your last and he did just that.
Brandon is survived by his adored son, Jayce Pennywell; loving parents, Lisa Curtis and Donald Pennywell; grandparents, Julie Cover, Tim Cover, Steven Curtis (Judi Ward), Kathy Curtis, and Ellis Pennywell; great grandmother, Mary Ann Curtis; one sister, Kyla Simpson; aunts, Joanne Curtis, Sharon Wells, Veronica Pennywell and Faye Pennywell; four great-aunts, Karen Byrd, Chrissie Haywood, Jessica Flanigan and Linda Flanigan; two uncles, Garett Curtis and Jimmy Pennywell; many cousins, including Gavin and Olivia Post, and Carter McWright; many other relatives and friends, including his girlfriend, Auntoya Surles; all of his close friends that he grew up with, just to name a few, Matt Brault and family, Izack Campbell and family, Montae Donald, Donovan Thomas, Daveon Thompson, Rohmel Montgomery, the Galvin family, Simpson family, the Surles Family, and all of the Curtis and Pennywell family.
Brandon was preceded in death by his twin brother, Cameron, grandmother, Olivia Pennywell, great grandfather, Floyd Curtis, and great grandmother, Helga Gliha.
Memorials in Brandon's name may be made to his family.
Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, November 14, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. at Fischer Family Funeral Home, 504 N. Michigan Ave., Saginaw, MI 48602. Interment will take place at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Saginaw.
