Debra L. Williamson, beloved grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, passed away peacefully at her residence in Saginaw on Friday, May 9, 2025, surrounded by her family after a lengthy illness. She was 70 years old.
Debra Lynn Valentine was born on August 22, 1954, in Alpena, Michigan, to Billy and Bessie (Schmanski) Valentine. She later married Michael A. Williamson in Saginaw.
Debra was employed for many years as a dispatcher at Audio Central Alarm. In her free time, she loved picking up lunch and enjoying it outdoors in the sunshine at the park. She also enjoyed relaxing with a few cold beverages, but what she cherished most was spending quality time with her loved ones, especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by her grandchildren: Terese (Tony) Grasso, Felecia (Justin) Valentine, Caitlyn Wegener, and Tiana (Tony) Wegener; and great-grandchildren: Isabella, Tyrus, Leo, and Justin. Also surviving are her sister, Julie Valentine; sister-in-law, Susan Valentine; as well as many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
In addition to her parents, Debra was preceded in death by her husband.
In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time.
