Obituary
MaryAnn Clayton, age 88, of Carrollton, passed away peacefully while surrounded by family on Tuesday, June 25, 2019.
The daughter of Adam and Genevieve Kloz, MaryAnn was born on July 4, 1930, in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She married Jerd F. Clayton on August 27, 1949. He preceded her in death on May 11, 2002. MaryAnn was actively involved with the Catholic Church her entire life. She will always be remembered as a devoted, loving, and caring wife, mother, and grandmother.
MaryAnn is survived by her children, Jerd A. (Susan) Clayton, Denny (Janet) Clayton, Matt (Cheryl) Clayton, Jody (Brian) Wells, and Jason (Brandie) Clayton; five grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; sister, Rita Salgat; many nieces, nephews, and friends. MaryAnn was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, and her sister, Theresa Baggarly.
In accordance with MaryAnn's wishes, no services will be held.
Memorials in honor of MaryAnn may be made to Covenant VNA Hospice, 1447 N. Harrison Street, Saginaw, MI 48602.
