Obituary
Billie Jean Barrientos, our loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and cherished friend, passed away on Thursday evening, June 12, 2025, at Saginaw Senior Care and Rehab. She was 70 years old.
Billie Jean Randolph was born on October 13, 1954, in Milan, Georgia, to Delion and Janie Lou (Holley) Randolph. On July 1, 1971, she married the love of her life, Gustavo “Gus” Casarez Barrientos, in Hamilton, Alabama.
Billie Jean never met a stranger and had a special gift for turning casual conversations into lasting friendships. She loved shopping trips with her best friend Georgia Jackson and was happiest when surrounded by family, sharing stories, laughing, and enjoying the company of her children, especially her grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her three children: Ruben (Tamara) Barrientos, Roman (Kimberly) Barrientos, and Juanita (Julio) Gonzales; her beloved grandchildren: Ruben and Antonio Barrientos, Victor, Miranda, Angelina, and Jasmin Barrientos, Velencia Mejia, Michael Barrientos, and Carlito Gonzales; and her adored great-grandchildren: Santino “Chunky Monkey” Mejia, Hazel “Love Bunny,” and Levi “Pumpkin” Barrientos. She also leaves behind her siblings: Stella Humbers, Martha Meade, Paulette Clark, Joseph Randolph, Robert Randolph, and Melvin (Mary) Randolph; her special niece, Tina Barrientos Medrano; and her dearest friend, Georgia Jackson, as well as many loving nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Billie Jean was preceded in death by her husband, Gustavo Casarez Barrientos; her parents; and her siblings James, George Elmer, Sam, Mary Ruth Randolph, and Shirley Ann Ficks.
In accordance with Billie Jean's wishes, cremation has taken place and no formal services are planned at this time. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

Our heartfelt condolences to the entire Barrientos Family. So very sorry for your great loss. Billie Jean was a beautiful soul with a loving, kind, and gentle heart heart. She always made friends wherever she went and she will be missed by many of us. May she rest in peace in God's Heavenly Paradise and be in the arms of her loving husband Gustavo.
