Obituary
Juanita “Jane” Neitzelt, age 76 years, of Saginaw Township, loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 27, 2019, while surrounded by her entire family.
Jane was born in Uvalde, Texas on March 29, 1943, to Hortencia Lopez Zamora and Jose Zamora, Jr. She attended Pigeon/Elkon Bayport Schools and was employed by the Buena Vista and Saginaw Public School District for more than 30 years, until she retired. She loved to travel and spend time with her family, and caring for her fur babies, Hercules and Cleopatra, her beloved chihuahua's. She will be remembered for her beautiful smile and laughter and great love for her grandchildren. She was a best friend to her daughter, Belinda, and was affectionately known as “Mama Mia.”
Jane is survived by her children, William Zamora and Belinda Neitzelt of Saginaw, MI, Viela Neitzelt of Ann Arbor, MI; grandsons, Rudy, Christopher, Arturo, and Zachary Rodriguez, all of Saginaw, MI, Nicholas and Richard Eimers of Lansing, MI; granddaughters, Billie and Lori Zamora, and Rickelle Haller of Grand Rapids, MI; 15 great grandchildren; brothers, Anthony Zamora of Missouri, Jose Zamora of Standish, MI, and Robert Zamora of Las Vegas, NV. Jane was preceded in death by her son, Ricky David Eimers in 1997; her father, Jose Zamora in 1987; and her mother, Hortencia Zamora in 2008.
Visitation will take place on Friday, December 6, 2019, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Living Faith Family Ministries, 1902 Stone Street, Saginaw, Michigan 48602. Visitation will continue at church on Saturday, December 7, 2019, from 11:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Service at 12:00 p.m. Pastor Rita Gallardo will officiate. Private Entombment will take place at Chapel Hill Mausoleum, Freeland, Michigan.
