Ruth Ann Frehling, age 83 of Saginaw, passed away, Saturday, June 14, 2025 at United Hospice in Marlette, Michigan.
Ruth was born on May 18, 1942 to Fred and Amy Lee in Saginaw, Michigan.
She graduated from Saginaw High in 1960. Ruth was united in marriage with her beloved husband John Frehling on January 11, 1964, in Saginaw. Ruth was employed by Bell Telephone Company, and then for Jacobson's for 17 years where she enjoyed a successful sales career. After the closing of Jacobson's, she went on to work at Bill Meyer Jewelry for several years before retirement. Ruth and her husband loved to travel as much as they could, taking many trips in their travel trailer. She also enjoyed many weekends at their cabin on Secord Lake.
Ruth is survived by her beloved husband, John Frehling; son, John Edward (Brenda) Frehling; grandchildren, John Michael Frehling, Lilly-Rose Kathryn Frehling and Olivia Lee Frehling.
She was preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Amy Lynn “Lipps” Pilon; brother, John “Jack” Lee and her parents.
Cremation has taken place and at this time there are no services planned.
