Obituary

Debra Jo Thompson, age 57, of Saginaw, passed away on February 2, 2020. The daughter of Clifford and Grace Saladine, Debra was born on September 22, 1962, in Bay City, Michigan.

Debra worked as a Registered Nurse at Saginaw General Hospital for 15 years until an injury prevented her from working. She was a tremendous supporter of the U.S. Military and was also an advocate for vaping and vaping rights.

Debra is survived by her daughter, Kayte (Joshua) Weiss; grandchildren, Gatlin Weiss, CoralBelle Weiss, and Joshua Weiss, Jr.; her mother, Grace Saladine; sister in law, Anna Thompson; and dear friend, Robert Wagner.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Timothy Thompson, and her father, Clifford Saladine.

There are no services planned for Debra at this time.

Debbye will be greatly missed by all of us that had the pleasure of meeting her. She was always quick to smile, and give a hug when needed. I met her in our "glory days" at Western and remained in contact with her while at Delta. Condolences and thoughts go out to Kayte and her family in this time of sorrow.
