William “Billy” Raymond Nelson, age 40, of Bay City, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, March 15, 2020. The son of Karen (Wierzbicki) McGowan and William Nelson, Billy was born on July 10, 1979, in Saginaw, Michigan.
Billy is survived by his mother Karen McGowan, and his father, William Nelson; sister, Amy Nelson; nephew, Drake Narvaiz; many cousins, aunts, uncles, and several friends. He was preceded in death by his brother, Aaron Nelson and his step-father, Leo McGowan.
Burial will take place at a later date at Pine Grove Cemetery, Bridgeport.
