Michael "Kaz" Joseph Kaczmarczyk, age 68, of Burt, passed away on Sunday, June 7, 2020. The son of Bronislaw and Regina Kaczmarczyk, Michael was born November 24, 1951, in Saginaw, Michigan. He married Kelly Czymbor on September 29, 1990.
Michael worked for Grey Iron for 30 years, retiring at the age of 45. He loved riding motorcycles, deer hunting, and was an avid Detroit Tigers fan.
Michael is survived by his loving wife of 29 years, Kelly Kaczmarczyk; children, Jennifer J. Whyte (fiancée, Marylou Walburn), Megan Kaczmarczyk, and Brittney A. Kaczmarczyk (Brandon Failing); siblings, Dolores (Roger) Brown and Gerald (Betty) Kaczmarczyk; mother-in-law, Judy (Steve) Fejedelem; father-in-law, Bernard Czymbor; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends. Michael was preceded in death by his parents, Bronislaw and Regina Kaczmarczyk, siblings, Gene (Shirley Ann) Kaczmarczyk and Alice (Jim) Brussow; mother-in-law, Delores Lieber-Czymbor.
Visitation will take place Thursday, June 11, 2020, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at Fischer Family Funeral Home, 504 N. Michigan Avenue, Saginaw, MI 48602. In accordance with current state mandated restrictions, social distancing and limitations on number gathered within the building will be observed. Attendees are also kindly asked to wear a mask or other facial covering while inside the funeral home.
Visitation will continue on Friday, June 12, 2020, at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 400 N. Saginaw Street, Montrose, MI 48457, from 10:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Fr. Jonathan Perrotta will officiate. Burial will take place at St. Andrew Catholic Cemetery, Saginaw.
Memorials in honor of Michael may be made to his family.

My heart breaks for you and the girls Kelly. There isn't enough room here to talk about all the great memories we all have of Kaz, and when he met you..you lit a light in his heart that we all could see and feel. Rest in peace old friend, we will miss that smile and laugh.
