Obituary
Viela Z. Neitzelt Gallagher, age 55 years, of Ann Arbor, passed away on Sunday, September 6, 2020, at the University of Michigan Hospital, Ann Arbor, Michigan. She was born to the late Juanita Zamora Neitzelt and Francis M. Neitzelt on February 22, 1965, in Saginaw, Michigan. Her father, Francis, survives her. Viela was married to Craig Allen Gallagher on July 14, 2014. He survives her.
Viela grew up in Saginaw and attended Buena Vista schools. She went on to receive a mastery certificate in welding and an associate's degree in Technical Studies in May of 2003 from Washtenaw Community College. Viela worked for Greyhound Bus Station in Ann Arbor, Michigan, as a ticket agent for 33 years, and for Sweepster Attachment LLC in Dexter for 14 years. Viela was the kindest and most giving person you could ever know. She was a cat lover and enjoyed watching Food Network and Saturday Night Live. She was the best sister and aunt in the world and will be sadly missed.
Viela is also survived by her sister, Belinda Neitzelt; her brother, William Zamora; nephews, Rudy, Christopher, Arturo, and Zachary Rodriguez, all of Saginaw, MI, Nicholas Eimers of Lansing, MI; nieces, Billie and Lori Zamora, and Rickelle Haller, all of Grand Rapids, MI; her grandmother, Phyllis Yrlas, of Saginaw, MI. Viela was preceded in death by her brother, Ricky D. Eimers in 1997; her mother, Jane Neitzelt in 2019; her grandmother, Hortencia Zamora in 2008; and her first husband, Maurice Jackson in 2006.
Visitation will take place Monday, September 14, 2020, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Living Faith Family Ministries, 1902 Stone Street, Saginaw, MI 48602. Visitation, Funeral Service, and Entombment will take place Tuesday, September 15, 2020, from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. at Chapel Hill Mausoleum, Freeland, Michigan.

I have so many beautiful memories of my dear sister, all the phone calls we shared with many laughs and a few trips we went on together. She was a beautiful person full of heart!! Sister you will be greatly missed by me and the boy’s trust me when I say you will never be forgotten your always going to live in my heart till we meet again.

I have many very happy memories of Viela. She was a wonderful student. She always had a smile to share . I will never forget her excitement over a nice jacket Greyhound gave her! She was a asset to every class she was in. Viela will not be forgotten!

I am so sorry, to hear about the loss of Viela . She touched alot of people's lives and will be greatly missed. Alot of memories about Viela. She was always inviting and wanting to be apart of the action where ever it was , living her best life to the fullest without regrets. She seemed to speak her mind and always seem to laugh,love and live life to the fullest. Viela will be missed.Rest in peace .
