Obituary
Donna Marie Sztuczko, age 54, of Saginaw, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 6, 2021. The daughter of Sue Davis, Donna was born June 7, 1966, in Camp Pendleton, California. She married Gregory Sztuczko on June 11, 1988 and they shared more than 32 years together.
Donna grew up in Grand Ledge, Michigan. She attended Ferris State University where she received a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education. She later attended Spring Arbor University where she received a second Bachelor's Degree in Family Life Education. Donna loved her job working for the Department of Health and Human Services as a supervisor in Child Protective Services in Bay County.
Donna's biggest loves were her children, grandchildren, travelling and her beloved dog, Maui. Of course, her favorite travel destination was Disney World. She loved riding through The Haunted Mansion with her granddaughter, Lauren, as her companion and strolling through “The World” in Epcot during the annual Food and Wine Festival. When at home, she enjoyed watching her grandson, Jordan, playing in “the garden” (our back yard).
Donna is survived by her beloved husband, Greg Sztuczko; loving children, Anthony (Carlie) Sztuczko, Victoria Sztuczko, and Rebecca (Becca Martinez) Sztuczko; adored grandchildren, Lauren Sztuczko, Emma Sztuczko, and Jordan Bowser; dear mother, Sue (Richard) Kesti; brothers, William (Megan) Davis, Eric (Julie) Kesti, and Karl Kesti. She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Hannah Sztuczko.
Visitation will take place Friday, April 9, 2021, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Visitation will continue Saturday, April 10, 2021, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Fischer Family Funeral Home, 504 N. Michigan Ave., Saginaw, MI 48602. A private family service will take place at 1:00 p.m. Pastor Michael Korte will officiate. In accordance with current state mandated restrictions, safe distancing and limitations of 25 people gathered within the funeral home will be observed. Attendees are also kindly asked to wear a mask or other facial covering while inside the funeral home, per state requirements.

When Donna was little we used to make "no bake cookies" while her folks were at work. When Donna was little I created a sock puppet "Mr. Sock" & even when she was grown we often talked about "Mr. Sock". Donna had an infectious laugh & we loved her deeply.

When Donna was little I remember she spent alot of time at grandma Davis house. We were only 6 yrs. Apart so we got along quite well. Donna meant alot to grandma Davis. God Bless you Donna. Kathy Davis Halsted
