Joanne Carol Timm, age 87 of Saginaw, passed away Monday, October 18, 2021, in Saginaw.
She was born on April 3, 1934, to John and Gertrude Enszer in Saginaw.
Joanne was a very active and devout member of Cornerstone Non-Denominational Church. She was also an exceptionally talented pianist.
Joanne is survived by her children, Marilyn (Joseph) Dietzel, Janice (Bill) Anderson, Arlene Forbes, Laurie (Pat) Gilles, John (Bev) Kohn and Paul Kohn; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and her sister, Phyllis (John) Tallon.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Jerry Enszer, and their parents.
Cremation has taken place and there are no services planned at this time for Joanne.

Love this picture of her smiling as this is how she will always be remembered by us. ‘Grandma Joanne’ is how she was introduce and we never thought to call her any different. Anytime together was spirited conversations of laughter, stories, and antics. Know our lives are enriched by knowing your mom/grandma/sister. Although our family has grown distant over the years, at times like this we come together and
reconnect. I just want to thank my sister Arlene for all the love and care she’s given to our mother over the past years and for such a long time. Especially over there past few weeks when mom was at her weakest. It really takes a special person to take on that responsibility.
I know that was a difficult task to take on.
I’m just so thankful for you, Arlene, for everything that you have done for mom and our family. You did good sis!
I’m thankful that we all got to say our goodbyes to our mom this past week.
Rest in peace, mom, and know that you are loved. You always knew your kids by our birth order number. I would ask you who is your #2 daughter and you would answer Janice Kohn!
