Obituary
Mary Frances Finkbeiner, age 76, of Saginaw, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 26, 2022, in Saginaw. The daughter of Uriah and Frances (Burr) Pringle, Mary was born May 30, 1946, in Saginaw.
Mary worked as a sales associate with JC Penney several years. She enjoyed trips to the casino and bird watching. Mary was a longtime volunteer with her husband, John, at the Ecumenical Food Pantry at First Presbyterian Church. She especially loved spending time with her family and adored her grandchildren, enjoying watching them play sports and participate in their various activities.
Mary is survived by her children, Teresa (Curt) Mielke and John (Karin) Finkbeiner II; grandchildren, Bailey and Spencer (Eryn) Mielke and Nolan and Regan Finkbeiner; great grandson, Curtis John “CJ” Mielke; siblings, Bill (Jan) Pringle, Pat (Gordon) Jewett, and Carole (Dick) Mellott; aunt, Edith Burr; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Mary was preceded in death by her husband, John Finkbeiner; her parents.
Visitation will take place Wednesday, August 3, 2022, 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with a vigil service held at 7:00p.m., at Fischer Family Funeral Home, 504 N. Michigan Avenue, Saginaw, MI 48602. Visitation will continue on Thursday, August 4, 2022, 10:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 1035 N. River Road, Saginaw, MI 48609. Rev. Fr. Peter Gaspeny will officiate. Interment will take place at St. Andrew Cemetery, Saginaw.
Memorials in honor of Mary may be made to the Ecumenical Food Pantry of First Presbyterian Church, 121 S. Harrison Street, Saginaw, MI 48602.

I have way too many memories of my Aunt Mary. I use to spend the summer at their house, plus I lived there while I worked at General Motors. Mary was always full of piss & vinegar, so full of life. She would do anything for her nieces and nephew's. She was not one to hold back her thoughts. If only we can go back to those days when I use to watch Teresa and Johnny while Mary and John were either bowling or playing softball, always doing something. Then there were the times at the cottage! I can go on forever. I know that she is happy to finally be with her true love, Uncle John! God I miss them, love you both very much.

So sorry for your loss, spent so many years growing up with the a Pringle family our parents did so many things together growing up picnics spending time at each others homes We grew up together so many memories, Mary and I were close in age so we hung out memories of Elk Lake some good some just plain stupid on both sides but in the end I will miss her,prayers for all of you Rest In Peace my friend Mary !broken_heartpray
