Obituary
Kim Marie Bengal, age 69, of Munising, Michigan, passed away on February 22, 2023. The daughter of Alfred and Betty (Kelly) Rohac, Kim was born March 4, 1953, in Owosso, Michigan.
Kim loved the water—river, lake and ocean---and her family and friends will do a celebration of life in South Carolins in the near future. Charleston is where she raised Luke and Yana with Bill Bengal (deceased) and she loved it there. Kim loved to garden, was a great cook and loved her dogs through the years. She loved to travel, but ultimately relocated to Munising, MI in her final years.
Kim is survived by her children, Jana “Yana” Keown and Lucas “Luke” (Emily Hills) Bengal; granddaughter, Isabel June Bengal; sister, Jana (Bob) Lake; and brothers, Tim Rohac and Steve (Vickie) Rohac.
Honoring Kim's wishes, cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time.

Kim was a sweet lady. We became neighbors at AuTrain Lake when we bought our cabin four years ago. She was always so kind. I will miss her at the lake this summer. My sincere condolences to her family. RIP Kim heartpray

She always stopped to say hello and brag about her son Lucas! She was always kind any time we ran into her in Au Train.
