Obituary
Gloria Connie Estrada, age 85, of Saginaw, passed away on Tuesday, October 21, 2025. The daughter of Jesus and Maria (Rosales) Lopez, Gloria was born March 23, 1940, in Saginaw, Michigan.
Gloria greatly enjoyed traveling, gardening, camping, trips to the casino, and sharing a Bud Light or Brandy with family and friends. Music was also an incredibly important part of her life. She also adored the squirrels in her yard, always appreciating the moments she saw them while gardening or through the window. Gloria was very close with her siblings and she treasured the lifelong bond that they all shared.
Gloria is survived by her beloved children, Laura (Dennis) Jackson and Daniel (Abbie) Estrada; adored grandchildren, Julian Jackson, Ashey Estrada, Brianna Estrada, Daniel Estrada, Autumn (F. Gavin Evans) Estrada, and Brayden Gross; great-grandchildren, Dezmond, Saviannah, Aryellah, Aaliyah, Sophia, Evave, Ione, Hazel, and Aliza; sister, Michaela (David) Sanchez; several nieces, nephews, friends, and loved ones. Gloria was preceded in death by her parents and by her siblings, Angeline Rocha, Rosie Casarez, Michaela Marquez, Augustine Lopez, Juanita Castillo, Susan Duran, and Henry Lopez.
Visitation will take place Friday, October 24, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. until the time of Funeral Service at 2:00 p.m. at Fischer Family Funeral Home, 504 N. Michigan Avenue, Saginaw, MI 48602. Interment will follow at Eastlawn Memorial Gardens, Saginaw.
Memorials in honor of Gloria may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
