Mary Jo Roberts, age 80, of Saginaw, passed away on Friday, June 9, 2023, in Frankenmuth, Michigan. The daughter of Alfred and Josephine (Giuliani) Roberts, Mary Jo was born August 22, 1942, in Saginaw, Michigan.
Mary Jo retired from 2nd National Bank, which eventually became Citizens Bank, in 2003. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting, art, and loved old cars. She also collected coins and jewelry. She was an avid reader, exchanging books with friends and family, especially her dear friend Cathy Light. Mary Jo had a generous heart and would be the first to help someone in need.
Mary Jo is survived by her siblings, Alfred (Carmella) Roberts, Paul Ledford, Marlayne (Robin) Nissen, and Laurie Scearce; many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Lee Ledford; sister-in-law, Vickie Ledford; brother-in-law, Ben Scearce; and step-father, Walter Ledford.
Mary Jo's family wishes to thank Harmony House Hospice and Medi lodge of Frankenmuth for their kindness and care.
