Obituary
Francisca Marie Muniz, age 45, passed away at home, on Saturday, June 10, 2023 after losing her battle with cancer. She went peacefully with her loved ones by her side.
She was born on July 26, 1977 in Saginaw, MI to Eva (Daniel) Teneyuque.
As a child, she looked forward to spending weekends and summers with her cousins; Merri, Charlee, and Amy, along with her aunt Sarah Muniz. She loved her children, parents, and siblings more than anything.
Francisca is survived by her beloved children, Danicia Armstrong, David Armstrong, Nevaeh Muniz and Lylah Muniz; mother, Eva Teneyuque; siblings, Robert Muniz, Sandra (Steve) Nava, and Cassy (Steven) Vasquez; nephew, Jaylen Muniz, and nieces, Chaztity Muniz, Leia Nava, and Riley Nava; her grandmother, Gloria Teneyuque; several cousins, aunts and uncles; many friends including Kara VanWormer and Veronica Salazar.
The family would like to thank those that stepped in to help Francisca. A special thank you to her cousin Merri Poineau who stepped in as a caregiver, Steve Rodriguez who recently baptized her, her Covenant Hospice nurses, and the entire Salazar family for their love and friendship over the years.
She was preceded in death by her father, Daniel Teneyuque; grandfather, Juan Teneyuque, maternal grandparents; Castello M. (Guadalupe L.) Muniz; nephew, Tommy Nava, and very dear friend, Jamila Jackson.
Cremation has taken place, and a memorial will be held at a later date.
