Sadly, I missed this announcement in June & am just now reading it on her birthday. She & Stan were great friends of my parents Audrey & Phil Salden from Alma. I remember visiting them when I was a kid. When we visited my grandparents in Ithaca, often there was a get together. As an adult, she insisted that I call her Eloise! We visited her at BurchamHills but knew she was truly home when she moved back to Alma. We kept in touch on Facebook, texts and Christmas cards. I treasured our connection. Eloise was a sweet & gracious lady. RIP
