William Bobby Keeney, passed away on October 27, 2025, in Saginaw, MI, at the age of 78 with the love of his life, his wife Barbara by his side.
Born on June 24, 1947, in Alleene, Arkansas, William lived a life full of love and service. He proudly served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War, after which he dedicated many years to his career as a heavy equipment operator. On August 16, 2002, he married Barbara Jane Lawrence, and together, they shared countless joyful moments, especially in the great outdoors, kayaking and hiking together.
William is survived by his loving wife, Barbara; sisters, Vivian Keeney and Robbie Jones; his son, Micheal Keeney; daughter, Shari; stepsons, Ian Warren and Brandon Warren and their wives; sixteen grandchildren and their significant others; sixteen great-grandchildren; and extended family members. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Tina Keeney.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 30, 2025, from 12:30 p.m. until the time of the Funeral Service at 1:30 p.m. at Fischer Family Funeral Home, 504 N. Michigan Avenue, Saginaw, MI 48602.

Bobby and i grew up together spending many days in the woods and school bus together, but the most memerable was bobby and i hitching a ride to foreman on saturday night, and being kicked out by older brother tommy so that he could pick up his date we hung out at the movie theater until midnight, then waited for Tommy to come pick us up . Sometimes it was a very long wait. Our paths went in different directions as we came to adulthood, but thought of bobby and his journey in life often.
