Obituary
Laurie Ann Mattlin, age 54, of Saginaw, passed away unexpectedly on August 23, 2023. The daughter of Dennis and Janet (Durek) Roe, Laurie was born October 17, 1968, in Saginaw, Michigan.
Laurie was a graduate of Swan Valley High School and went on to hold various jobs in management. Laurie loved children and animals. She adopted and rescued many animals from the local shelter over the years. She will be missed by many.
Laurie is survived by her three children; her parents, Janet (Larry) Schwinek and Dennis (Cindy) Roe; several siblings; her godparents, Robert Durek and Virginia LaBelle; and her dear friend, Sherry.
A Celebration of Laurie's Life will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on November 18, 2023, at Midland Senior Center, 4640 Fox Pointe Drive, Bay City, MI 48706.
