Sally Graverette, age 73, of Saginaw passed away on Friday, December 1, 2023, in Saginaw.
She was born on October 4, 1950, to Louis D. Loranger and Mary M. Loranger (Bisby) of Saginaw, Michigan.
Sally was a member of the Bridgeport Eagles for several years. She was a founding member of Lighthouse Baptist Church of Buena Vista Township of Saginaw. Sally volunteered at a local Tax Service and The Dollar Store. Sally loved trips to Mackinaw City and Mackinac Island. She also enjoyed her ice cream trips, camping, bingo/casino trips. She loved to spend time working puzzles, doing crafts, as well as listening to the Grand Ole Opry, Gospel Music & Home Karaoke Nights, and watching Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune. Sally's greatest joy was in raising her grandchildren as well, and spending time with her family and friends. She loved to spread God's word and bring God's children to the Lord.
Sally is survived by her beloved children, Michelle (Carson) Newbauer, Karen (Sherry Crofoot) Leedke (Krompetz); grandchildren, Andrew Gilbert, Ashley (Luther) Kirkland, Melissa Hope Trenerry, Angel Trenerry (significant other), and Austyn Newbauer; 8 great grandchildren; her brother, Nelson (Karen) Loranger; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, David Thomas Graverette; her mother & father, Louis Loranger and Mary Loranger; her brother, Richard (Beatrice) Loranger; her sister, Carolyn (Roy) DeMott; former husband, Gary M. Leedke.
Sally's family wishes to thank the Neuro Trauma Unit Coordinator and Staff at Covenant Cooper for their kindness and care.
Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be determined in the next few months.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in honor of Sally can be donated to her family in care of Carson Newbauer for unexpected funeral expenses.

Mom Sally, I will miss you sending me food recipes on Facebook and watching the Grand Ole Opry on Saturday nights as well as our flashback country music nighs during the week. Until we see each other again, I love you.
