Karter Deshawn Jimenez, age 4, of Saginaw, passed away with family by his side on Wednesday, December 27, 2023, at C.S. Mott Children's Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Karter was born to Jasmine Jimenez on November 27, 2019, in Saginaw.
Karter was a miracle baby boy, born a micropreemie at 25 weeks gestation. Karter was a happy and loved little boy. He loved Disney movies, bubbles, and all kinds of music.
He is survived by his beloved mother, Jasmine Jimenez; his adoring sister, Gabriella Houston; loving grandparents, Geraldine and Joe Jimenez; uncle, Joe Jimenez, Jr.; honorary aunts, Cassandra Trevino and Crystal Martinez; cousins, Maliki, Marcel, Mali, and JaeJae; great grandfather, Geronimo Flores; several great aunts and uncles on the Flores and Jimenez sides of the family.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 5, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. until the time of Funeral Service at 4:00 p.m. at Fischer Family Funeral Home, 504 N. Michigan Avenue, Saginaw, MI 48602. Pastor Donald Killey will officiate.
Memorials in honor of Karter may be made to his family.
