On the fast lane of life, she burned rubber until the very end, crossing the finish line on Saturday, January 13, 2024, at Covenant HealthCare in Saginaw. Born on October 8, 1947, in Caro, Michigan, to the adventurous duo Levi and Susan (Kapril) Newmarch.
Survived by her beloved pit crew, husband Robert Weitz, and her dynamic co-drivers, children Jennifer (partner, Bill Finehout) Hallock and James (partner, Jennifer Weichel) Hallock . Crew Chef, Aunt Joan Klemkowski of Caro, her friend Char Fisher and Vivian Hoose added the perfect blend of love and support to her racing team. Her grandchildren, Logan, Nathan, Levi, and the speedster Lily, were her ultimate cheerleaders, witnesses to her thrilling exploits.
In the pit stop of family, Bobbie's sister Carolyn (Greg) Sutherland, Joseph Galgoci, a cherished friend was like a brother. A pit crew of cousins by the dozens added to the roaring symphony of her journey. Racing ahead, Bobbie was preceded in death by her first husband, the fellow road warrior, Andy Hallock, and her pit stop supervisors, Levi and Susan.
In keeping with Bobbie's need for speed, her final lap was marked by cremation, and no pit stops are scheduled for additional services at this time.
