Kathryn “Kathy” Lynn Partlow, age 66, of Saginaw, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, August 9, 2024, at her home. She was born on December 27, 1957, to Otis and Vivian Church, in Saginaw, Michigan.
Kathy loved painting, crafts, playing bingo, trips to the casino, dancing, and treasure hunting at rummage and garage sales. Most of all, Kathy found her greatest joy in hosting her family and friends, whether it was for holiday get-togethers or summer days. She made her home the place to be and where everyone felt a sense of love, fun, and togetherness.
Kathy is survived by her beloved husband, Ted Partlow; children, David (Terri) Botello, Joe (Andrea) Botello, and Jessica (Juan Torrez) Church; eighteen beloved grandchildren; one dear great granddaughter; brother, Mike (Penny) Church; sister, Sandy (Rich) Balzer; nieces, nephews, and many cousins. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Angela Botello; son, Alejandreo Botello; brother, Pat Church; sister, Sue Church; and her parents.
Visitation will take place Thursday, August 15, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. until the time of Funeral Service at 2:30 p.m. at Fischer Family Funeral Home, 504 N. Michigan Avenue, Saginaw, Michigan, 48602. Interment will take place at St. Andrew Catholic Cemetery, Saginaw, Michigan.

Kathy was one of my first childhood friends once I could "cross the street". So many memories of the old neighborhood flash through my mind, and the fun we had growing up where everybody's house was OUR house. I will miss you dear friend.
