Obituary
Robert “Bob” Lee Daig, age 73, of Saginaw, passed away Tuesday, August 20, 2024, at home while surrounded by family. Bob was born on March 8, 1951, to Albert and Mary Daig in Flint, Michigan.
Bob proudly served his country in the United States Air Force for two years. He worked as an appliance repairman for much of his life. Bob loved golfing, coaching his kids' sports, and thoroughly enjoyed watching all Michigan teams and sports.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Tammy Daig; children, Brandon (Michele) Daig, Adam (fiancée, Melissa Chinevere) Daig, Robert Daig II, and Marcus Daig; grandchildren, Cameron, Taylor, Brynley, and Micah; siblings, John (Luella) Daig and Laura (Michael) Dotson; several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Honoring Bob's wishes, cremation has taken place and burial will take place in the near future. A date for burial is forthcoming and friends and family are welcome to attend.
