Ashley Jane London

Ashley Jane London, born April 14, 1990, left us on March 23, 2025, to begin her new journey in heaven. She is survived by her mother, Linda Bommarito-Felten; step dad, Larry Felten; sister, Alison (Quintin) Bommarito-Yearling; her grandmother, Merial ‘Janie’ Bommarito; step siblings, Meaghan (Scott) Dutcher, Brandon Felten (fiancée Danielle), Andrew (Christina) Felten; 12 nieces and nephews; 26 cousins; 6 aunts and 7 uncles; as well as decades of wonderful caregivers and friends who have become loving members of our extended family. Ashley received more support, love, and assistance than most people with a full lifetime on our earth. Ashley fought many physical health battles and proved she was a winner over and over. She graduated from the Millet Center, she participated in the Special Olympics, and she donated her thick beautiful hair many times over to children with cancer in need of long locks. Ashley loved sneaking out of bed in the middle of the night to twirl and dance. She really enjoyed the lake: swimming, boat rides, tubing with her cousins, fireworks, and bon fires. Rides of all kinds were favorites – she loved the wind in her face and her hair blowing - carnival rides, bike and car rides, and rides in grandmas golf cart. Music, lights and food were Ashleys favorite things in the world. Food was the best, she won an eating contest at school and even though she was very small in stature, she could outeat any man in her family. Even though Ashley never spoke a word, she was able to speak through her actions and motions. She’s taught us all how to be a little more patient, take note of the small things, soak up the sun, and love the people that surround you. A true gift from someone who from the outside looked limited, but after spending time with her, truly enjoyed her days and loved big. We picture Ashley’s heaven as her driving a red convertible, singing out loud to the radio, with her hair blowing in the wind, and running through green fields with her dogs, beating grandpa and his friends at gin rummy – enjoy it, Ashley, until we meet again! A celebration for Ashley will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2025, with Visitation from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Service at 12:00 p.m. at Fischer Family Funeral Home, 504 N.
